As a matter of principal I will only offer records which are at least usable to be played in a club. Sure, a record marked with VG+ or less won't sound as good as a new one – but you can be absolutely sure that I will never offer a record with which condition I won't be satisfied with by myself.
If required all records will be cleaned professionally and after a strict and careful check regarding visual and acoustical problems they will be sorted as follows:

SS = STILL SEALED
M = MINT (I would never offer a used record as Mint!)
NM = NEAR MINT
EX = EXCELLENT
VG+ = VERY GOOD PLUS
VG = VERY GOOD
VG- = VERY GOOD MINUS (less I won't offer!)
G = GOOD
F= FAIR
P = POOR
B = BAD
